P & D will design a multicolored equipment layout that locates and identifies
every energy source (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.) On each piece of
equipment or conveyor system. Each lockout display may be affixed to an electrical
panel or on the equipment, providing authorized personnel (29 CFR1910.147(b))
with step by step procedures to perform any lockout operation safely!
The Lockout Displays come in two sizes (17 x 11 and 8.5 x 14), mounted on sentra and comes with 4" hexagon shaped tags to be physically attached to the energy source.
We start with our survey team, certified by OSHA as General Industry Outreach Trainers and having a full understanding of lockout requirements. Once surveyed, our CAD department prepare proofs of each piece of equipment for your review and verification. After we received the reviewed proofs, your product is finished and shipped to you.
Updating displays are easy and can be done at a reasonable cost.
