(Company) has established this fire prevention and response plan to provide training/education for our employees to familiarize themselves with the actions to be taken by our employees to prevent and respond to fires, at our facility.

SOME OF THE TOPICS COVERED IN THIS PROGRAM ARE:

PREVENTION

RESPONSE

1. Find and remove anyone in immediate danger.
2. Isolate or confine the fire by closing doors, windows etc.
3. Report the fire by activating the nearest alarm box.
4. Evacuate all personnel from areas of fire or smoke.
5. Suppress or extinguish the fire (only if you have been trained) and if you can do so without endangering yourself or others.
