STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The purpose of this emergency response plan is to develop and implement the handling of anticipated hazardous material emergencies prior to the commencement of an emergency response operation which may occur at (Company Name) .

In the case of an emergency, (Company) primary concern is for the safety and health of its employees, then environmental concerns to our community, then protection of company property. The plan reflects the procedures necessary to carry out these priorities.
