Workplace accidents and emergencies can and will occur at anytime, often without any prior warning. In the event of a workplace emergency that would require the evacuation of our facility, (Company name) has developed this emergency evacuation and action plan. Our plan is designed to assist in the safe and orderly evacuation of all employees, visitors and contractors during an emergency.
Workplace emergencies which may require evacuation of our facility may include, but is not limited to: fire, chemical spill or release, gas explosion, weather emergency (severe storm, tornado, high winds, etc.), bomb threat, or any other potential emergencies.
It is our company's policy to provide the most accurate information available, to minimize employee injury and property damage, when a workplace emergency may occur.

These routes have been mapped out on the floor plans for you to review. Each

exit or evacuation map.
