- BLOOD BORNE PATHOGENS

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has determined that some employees in the workplace, face a significant health risk to bloodborne pathogens, due to their job duties. To ensure that our employees are aware of the risks of occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens (Company name) has developed this exposure control plan.

(Company name) exposure control plan is designed to minimize or eliminate employee contact with human blood or other body fluid, which may contain bloodborne pathogen, such as the Hepatitis B virus and human immunodeficiency virus. Limiting worker exposure will be achieved through the implementation of the following controls:
